Yoga and happiness

For me, the basis of happiness is having a peace of mind. Yoga forces you to focus and do the things you know will help make you happier. I now enjoy even the smallest things in life.  What makes me even happier is to make other people happy. Teaching yoga allows me to bring peace and happiness to others.

Calmness in my house, life and work are the secondary conditions to optimise happiness. An organised and tidy house allows me to live and work in a stress free environment. It frees space in my head to create new ideas, or simply to enjoy life.
